Contacted customer service very impressed with her assistance. Solved my problem by unzipping and pulling the cover taunt also placed a three-quarter inch plywood under the mattress to keep it firm I own three of these mattresses they’re great. customer service was very understanding and very helpful with alternatives.

It beats the $3500 Purple

I had a Purple Mattress that weighed a ton. It was touted to be "temperature neutral". . . which meant I was always cold. For insulation, I had to put a wool blanket between me and the mattress. That defeated the whole polymer grid comfort aspect. . . but I was warm. I sold it for 1/10th of what it cost and purchased the Leesa. It is a better, more comfortable mattress, much much lighter to move, and I stay at a pleasant temperature.

Not the same Leesa Mattress I slept on previously

I was a visitor in a relative's home and slept on what I considered the best and most dreamy mattress I’d ever encountered. I got all the scoop, returned home and purchased what I was told was exactly the same mattress, only in a double rather than queen size. Unfortunately, this mattress is much softer, still comfortable but definitely not the exquisite comfort I had hoped for. I probably would have sent it back but at my age just cannot negotiate returns of the magnitude of a mattress in a large box. So I am keeping it without knowing exactly why it isn’t quite as comfy.
