Helix Midnight Luxe

So far so good

So far, this mattress has been great. Seems to be in a nice Goldilocks zone of firm and soft, and has yet to really show signs of wear. Still early days for me, just a few weeks, but I sleep, I wake up, and I want to stay in bed.

Midnight Luxe - generally good

Generally good all-around mattress so far. I anticipated the mattress getting more firm over time as it became 'mature' after 30 days or so. In general the support is medium - not too soft, not too firm. Since I have lower back pain issues, I think I would benefit more from a slightly more firm mattress. I also think the price point is on the high side, given the intense competition and other comparable choices out there.

It's pretty good.

Bed is comfortable overall. The glaciotex cooling layer doesn't seem to do anything compared to my old mattress, but my shoulder is far more comfortable while side sleeping on this mattress. My lower back and spine can still feel cramped some mornings, but less than before and usually adjusting makes me comfortable again.
