Helix Midnight Luxe

This is a very good mattress, although it did take some settling in time. It comes rolled up in a box, so needs time to completely come to full size. We also found it needed airing out time, which we read is normal for mattresses with foam. Our final tweak was to purchase a new, cooling mattress pad, as our old one kept us much too warm on this mattress. In the end, we have come to love the new mattress. We are both sleeping better with fewer aches (lower back) come morning, and would recommend this mattress. I am a side sleeper, while my husband shifts positions frequently, and this mattress is very comfortable for us both.

What I love most is how cool and breathable it stays. Even in Texas heat, it doesn’t trap warmth, and the quilted pillow‑top feels like a little luxury every night. The zoned lumbar support is noticeable in the best way, my back feels better in the mornings, and I wake up without the usual pressure points. Overall, the Midnight Luxe is worth every penny, supportive, comfortable, and genuinely restorative. I’m sleeping deeper, waking up refreshed, and honestly wondering why I didn’t upgrade sooner.

The mattress is excellent. My only complaint was that the base was delivered damaged and your customer support basically told me to contact the customer support number for the manufacturer of the base.
