The perfect final resting place for my beautiful girl

The minute I saw this urn, I thought this is it! It captures the essence of my beautiful Birman baby so beautifully. I loved that it had a mini version, because my girl was only 3kg. The fact that it’s made in Bulgaria further cemented the decision for me, because my little Dutch girl was raised by a Bulgarian mommy. I took some time deciding whether to slightly customize the urn and ask for some grey on the endpoints but ultimately decided the white matte ceramic without customization is more suited to her. I want to commend the customer service for being so gentle with me and answering all my questions patiently and compassionately. I even told them I’m debating slight customization and they didn’t try to steer me one way or another and let me make my decision on my own time. I do want to mention some cons, but obviously they were not enough for me to take off a star. The opening is very small. I wanted to keep her ashes in the bag they came in, but it was hard to place that inside. Also, the bottom part is really meant to be glued on because it doesn’t work otherwise at all. I don’t want to glue it though because I might make a diamond from her ashes one day. I ended up taping the bottom. I want to say again - thank you for making this beautiful urn. And for being so compassionate.
