Motion sensors have stopped working

I bought six of your motion sensor guide lights about 6 months ago. Over the past month three of them have stopped working as the light doesn't go on when you walk in the room and the funny thing is they all stopped working within a couple of days of each other which I thought was very odd. The other three continue to work fine. Just wonder if there's some kind of defect with these three. I would like to try and return them for 3 repacements but after reading your return policy I'm not sure that I would have any success.

Got motionlight for closed bathroom > works like I wanted.
