I had ordered from SnapPower a few years prior & was very happy with the outlet wall covers I had purchased, but I hadn’t written a review. I recently ordered some of the light switch wall covers since I had had loved the product previously. They came & I immediately installed them & again was very happy with them. A few days later, I ordered additional wall outlet covers. They arrived & I went to install them & had an issue with them not working as the others I had recently purchased & installed. So I emailed customer support & boy, was I in shock, in a good way. They responded to my “help me” email & quickly went to work trying to solve the problem. After several back & forth emails & a few photos I sent, they were able to diagnose the problem. It seems that one of the switches I was trying to install the outlet cover to, was a three way switch.; meaning there was more than one switch to control the light in question & it meant that the electrical contacts the faceplate needed to contact was in another location & needed a different cover. SnapPower sent it to me without even asking me. I have never had the pleasure of working with a customer support so easy to work with & they REALLY are CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I would happily, without question order from them again. Great place to do business with.

I really like this high quality light

I really like this switchlight. I installed it in the primary bathroom, in the toilet room. It provides the right amount of light in this small space and can't be seen from the primary bedroom.

Solution for dark stairs

How do you provide safety lighting in a stairwell with NO outlet nearby? Spap Power! What a great product. So easy to install. Two screws and press in the new cover/light. Amazing product. Great results.
