It's great, but not my favorite

Overall, from seeding to harvest, this plant was fantastic. Germination rate was good, overall growth rate was good, plants were big and healthy. However, this is a softer stemmed variety of celery which is not to my personal liking. I prefer a crunchier stem celery, but in general it's okay. I still chopped it and dehydrated it for use in future soups
