One you get the good stuff you never go back. The secret to my best pork and chicken rubs. It's luscious with a kick and the smoke note is not overly heavy. In a world of paprika this is my go to for BBQ and Chilies. You'll fall in love with the smell and it stands out from the Hungarian Hot Paprika wit a bit more smoke and just a notch up on heat. Dust it over corn bread before baking, or scrambled eggs.
