I chose this Maple sugar on a whim when I placed my last order and I'm so glad I did! We've used it on toast, in oatmeal, on applewood smoked bacon!! A much loved addition! Today I made a Maple Apple Fritter in my cast iron and it turned out great. This will be a regular for weekend breakfast!
