Spiced Vanilla Bean Sugar

The spiced vanilla bean sugar is delicious. I use it on the outside of my shortbread, which adds another level of flavour to my baking.

This is utterly delicious sprinkled on a warm toasted English Muffin, slathered and dripping real butter. It's also amazing sprinkled on greek yogurt and ricotta cheese blended together, with fresh raspberries and chopped pecans. Spiced Vanilla Bean Sugar tastes like Christmas. . .

The spiced vanilla sugar is a good topping. I have used it in my coffee, tea and on mu sugar cookies. It has many uses.
