I really appreciate the versatility of this honey powder and have found myself using it in making my own salad dressings instead of adding actual honey, in baked muffins where the fruit might lose a little sweetness when cooked, in drinks, and adding it where a bit of sweetness is needed and neither white nor brown sugar is the right choice. Yeah, this one is a keeper, too.

Love Savory Spice’s Honey Powder! It is THE best! I have been ordering this for a long time now. My favorite way to use it is on my oatmeal, yum!!

I've been using this in my tea and it's so much more convenient than the honey in the bear bottle. It takes a few times to figure out how much you need (it doesn't measure exactly- a teaspoon of the powder isn't the same as a teaspoon of the bear-bottle-honey) but once you get it down, it's well worth it.
