Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste

Vanilla beans are expensive! This is not cheap but it's a viable substitute. We used it in Panna Cotta and beans are expensive so normally 1/2 a bean is used, we were able to use more then 1/2 bean equivalent for cheaper using this product. And the finished product had a stronger vanilla flavor that was very welcome!

I am enjoying the consistency of this product. It is molasses thickness. It does contain suger, but I use a smaller amount than I would an extract.
