I use this extract in all my cakes, it really makes the flavor pop when adding in addition to a little fresh lemon zest.

I have tried it twice as a flavor in icing for cookies. It has a fresh natural flavor when I first sample the icing but then it’s tasteless when I eat the cookie. I’ve not had this happen before with another brand in the past.

We used the Lemon extract for flavoring for Pizzelles. Works well.
