Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt

I found lots of uses for this delicious salt, with the simplest usually the best, like sprinkling on tomotoes or avocado. I also used it in this dish of seared scallops & risotto.

Smoked Alder Salt enhances many of my recipes and just plain cooking from meats to vegetables! My kitchen would not be complete without it.
