I'm hispanic and usually make my achiote simmering achiote seeds in oil. This product is great in a pinch when there's little time to prepare the old fashion way. Thank you!!!

I love this product. I am a big fan of Cochinito Pabil. This spice paste makes it much more easy to make this dish. I don't have to pound achiote seed in a mortar and pestal, nor combine all the other spices to make a great dish.
