Just what you’d expect with Berbere Ethiopian seasonings, but BETTER! Instead of Greek season chicken in a pita, I did Ethiopian seasoning in a pita, and I must say, it rocked for spiciness!

Love the Ethiopian spice. Use it in place of cayenne and other hot spices. Enhances the flavor of the red wine we drink as it lingers on the tongue.
