Defective and Extremely Poor Customer Service

Stroller arrived defective. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return. It took 2 weeks to get a reply with a link. I initiated the return over a week ago (you have to submit a request for the company to consider if you are eligible to return!) and have not heard back. Would not recommend. Even if this product arrived in working condition, the price does not match the quality.

He loves it and I love it. Now he walks till he is tired and I can still keep going for my exercise.

Great Stroller

Love this stroller! Tried the XL Premium first - a bumpier ride and my feet kept hitting the back rear axle when I walked. This jogging version is so much smoother, way more compact than a kids' jogging stroller and has plenty of room for our dog. Because the back wheels are larger, my feet have plenty of walking room. Folds fairly compact as well. Love that the front wheel can swivel or stay fixed.
