Awful Company
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with HPZ Pet Rover has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I purchased their jogging stroller based on advertised specifications that stated the pet compartment was 10 inches deep. After assembling the stroller, I measured it and found it was actually over 12 inches deep, making it unsuitable for my dog. I immediately contacted HPZ, submitted an RMA, attached the photos they requested, and followed every step of their return process. Then HPZ did what they apparently do best: absolutely nothing. Emails ignored. Phone calls ignored. Follow-ups ignored. Meanwhile, their website proudly advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and a return policy that supposedly protects customers when product descriptions are inaccurate. The only reason this issue moved forward at all was because I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. Which took over a month and a half to close as HPZ was trying to get out of standing behind their product and customer satisfaction claims. After reviewing all of the evidence, PayPal ruled in MY favor. Clearly because they were in the wrong. Let that sink in. An independent third party reviewed the facts and determined I was right. Even after losing the dispute, HPZ still refused to provide a return shipping label, meaning I now had to spend my own money shipping back a bulky stroller that never matched the advertised specifications in the first place. How does that even make sense? For a company selling premium-priced products, the customer service is shockingly poor. A guarantee is meaningless if you disappear the moment a customer tries to use it. If you're considering buying from HPZ, just hope nothing goes wrong—because based on my experience, once they have your money, you're stuck with whatever they decide to send to you.

The pros. It's large awesome all-terrain stroller. it rolls like a Cadillac. The cons, the cup holder on the side is garbage I ended up putting in the trash it just loses whatever you put in it. The drink holder that is sewn into the back of the canvas it's kind of small and sucks it could be larger . It is large and bulky and does not fold up very small, make sure you have a minivan SUV or a lot of trunk space. The screen that you use to cover the dogs always falls and hits your hand if you don't have it locked in place. I simply fix that by bending the bars out a little bit. Besides that it is a extremely durable heavyweight stroller so keep that in mind when deciding to purchase it is not something late that folds up easy. I am happy with it overall though because of the all-terrain capabilities and how heavy duty it is.
