Excellent Quality for a Much-Appreciated Device
The kit arrived in great condition and was delivered in a very short time from ordering. It appears to be excellent quality. Instructions are simple and will be easy to follow if and when the kit is needed. We have a 10-year-old Miniature Schnauzer with Mitral Valve Disease who has gone in CHF a few times since the first of the year. It takes us about 1-1/2 hours to reach the emergency clinic that has oxygen therapy available and we have some peace of mind knowing we can provide comfort to our little baby while making the trip. Thanks for providing a much needed and appreciated kit.

Great idea, just not working for my dog
I was concerned that my little dog would get upset if I tried to use this oxygen mask/cup in an emergency, so I did all the recommended things with peanut butter and treats to get him used to it being over his nose and mouth. He stuck his entire face into the mask and ate the treat quite a number of times. I thought that would make him comfortable for when I needed to use it with the oxygen. Then, a couple of days ago, I hooked it up to the line and the can (which makes no noise) and slowly tried to bring it close to give him some oxygen, and he just got too worked up and upset by me even getting near him with it (didn’t even get close to his face) that I knew this would make matters worse. He’s too fragile to try something that will cause stress. I’m so sad that he won’t allow it near him and I don’t feel I have a safety net that I was hoping to have. If you can afford it, maybe just go for the oxygen tent/chamber unit instead. The company seems nice and I had no problem with my order. I don’t have a lot of extra money, so I am sorry it didn’t work out for us

The product came quickly. The handled case it came in is of good quality and easy to transport. The directions are clear and seem easy to set up. I haven't had to use the product yet, but having it at my home gives me peace of mind knowing that it is available for my dog if she needs it.
