Hi, I just purchased a HPZ stroller which I love and I purchased 2 HPZ™ 4-In-1 Multi-Functions Convertible-Size Bolster Pad/ Bed/ Cuddler/ Carrier For Small/ Medium/ Large Dogs, Cats And Pets. It didn’t come with instructions or the strap shown in picture. I read that the pillow doesn’t come with it but other reviews show that strap came with them.
