When you spend this much money on something with a limited warranty, it is important to have great customer care. I bought my pet rover stroller and love it. But the handle bar cover came with a tear in it. When I contacted pet rover customer service, they immediately put in an order for a replacement to be sent out. My last stroller- a different brand- broke after two dozen uses and their care team told me I had to buy the replacement part and shipping cost. Both strollers cost the same but pet rover is made more durable with aluminum and has great customer service. Worth the price.

It works great and has enough grip on the stroller it doesn’t come off. Also works well with a slim phone case
