Always good service with Bernina Jeff and the foot works beautifully for what I wanted

This was fast shipping, and packaged really well ... I would have been 5 stars, but the replacement tip for my oil bottle was missing. I know it a small item and easily over looked, I just don't know if it was at there end or mine.I did open the package on my cutting board. Oh Well, I'll just add it to another order sometime in the future.
