A wonderful professional-grade matt eye shadow

This product is a true burgundy, and I have used this product for several years. The formula is finely milled, velvety, and applies smoothly with minimal fallout. It has staying power and multi uses, i.e., you can moisten a fine angled brush to create a precise, wet-to-dry colored line which is what I do. I recommend using the Ben Nye Eye Shadow, Burgundy (ER-76).

The Perfect Base

This eyeshadow is my workhorse. I use it as a base to blend or brighten. It's a light beige so it isn't overwhelming like being chalky. Overall, it's a gorgeous, velvety matte.
