Frustrating Customer Service Experience

I was really looking forward to ordering from Dose of Colors, but unfortunately my experience with customer service was disappointing. What should have been a simple issue turned into over a month of back-and-forth communication before I finally received my refund. The process was slow, frustrating, and required far more follow-up than expected. One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of a customer service phone number. Having only email made it difficult to resolve an urgent issue quickly, and responses often took time. On the positive side, I did eventually receive my refund, which I appreciate. However, I hope the company improves its customer support by offering faster response times, streamlining the resolution process, and providing a phone or live chat option for customers who need immediate assistance. I love the brand’s products, but the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. I hope future customers have a smoother experience.

Obsessed with this lipstick. The color looks amazing on everyone, it’s super lightweight, and once I apply it in the morning, it stays put all day long. I just bought 3 to ensure I don't run out.

Your Customer Service needs Some Work

I ordered 4 lipsticks from your company. I was taking them with me on vacation to Spain. I ordered Matte Lipstick - 2 Berry Me and 2 Ruby Red. I ordered the 2 Ruby Red separately and asked for Fedex delivery. I got one and the next one arrived when I got back from Spain on July 13th. The other two were received after I returned on July 13th also. Those 3 tubes missed my trip completely. How does that happen? Especially after I paid for fast shipping on twoof them.
