Pretty great product

This probiotic has been great so far. It doesn't upset my stomach, has no flavor when swallowing and I believe it has helped a bit with regularity in the restroom. I have yet to see if it will help my vaginal health, specifically when it comes to being strep B positive, I can update when I test next.

A must have!

I have been taking this probiotic since the beginning of the second trimester of my second pregnancy in the hopes of achieving a negative GBS swab at 36 weeks. The capsule is easy to swallow and has drastically improved my digestion and bloating throughout this pregnancy as well.

I love that its only pill to take. I am taking it to improve mine and my baby's gut while breastfeeding. Will have to wait and see if there's any improvement.
