Better Than Melatonin
I used to take Melatonin alot to help me get to sleep but stopped due to the other issues it can cause. I found that after taking Help Me Sleep, it really helps me drift off to sleep much quicker than I normally do without it. I will continue buying and taking this one for sure.

This is so much better than Melatonin
Whereas Melatonin has to be taken early in the night & leaves you groggy in the morning, this can be taken anytime with no groggy affects. I’ve even taken this at 1am & felt completely rested waking up by 6am. It’s the gentle permission my body needs to rest.
