It took me a long time to find a natural product that actually helps relieve pain and headaches. And this product works. I’ll take it at the first sign of a headache and it usually relieves it as well as being a good product to take before bed to calm pain before sleep. I prefer natural products whenever possible so I really like this one.

Great option during pregnancy
