I have been using this Prenatal for several months now. The taste is amazing and I love that you only have to take four capsules daily. It does make me nauseous even with food, so I take it before bed and have no issues.

Just what I needed

I love this pre/postnatal. I've been using it most of my pregnancy and take comfort in knowing myself and my baby are getting the nutrients we need. I was also wanting a prenatal that had folate vs folic acid and I got that here. No after taste and easy to take!

Excellent support for breastfeeding/ postpartum moms

I love taking these, knowing that I am covering vitamin gaps or deficiencies while I breastfeed. Im on my second bottle and plan to take it for awhile as my daily multivitamin . Its a high quality multi vitamin and good for those with an mthfr mutation too .
