Blue Collar Coffee Stout Extract Recipe Kit

Excellent Coffee Stout

Just drank my first bottle of the Blue Collar Coffee Stout (extract). I used Safale 4 yeast (2 packs). Everything went well, ABV ended up at 6.3%. The beer tasted excellent with an undertone of coffee just the way I like it. As with other stouts, I expect this to get better the longer it ages.

Medium Bodied Stout

Just put it on the tap. I would prefer more roasted barley in my stout. Would you either include in the recipe instructions to grind the coffee beans or grind the beans provided in the sealed packet? Perspective: I am not an experienced brewer and I chose the extract recipe as a result.

Great beer - issue with website

The beer is great. Second time I have ordered it. However the website kept messing up my order every time I tried to add yeast a then order a 2nd item. Finally had to skip the yeast on my 3 beer kits and got the yeast locally.
