Omega Yeast OYL-016 Extra Special

Fantastic yeast

Used this to brew an ESB came out great will definitely use this yeast again. It started fermenting quickly and finished without a problem. I would use this on English style beers.

This is a Great Yeast

I make porters all the time. I made 2 batches in a row. 1 with Safale 05 & 1 with the Omega. Well it's night & day. The Omega version was a lot better.

This one took off within half a day and didn't start to slow down for 4-5 days. That being said, at 2 weeks the yeast had only, slowed but still hadn't stopped
