X3 Performance Bands Gen 2 (BANDS ONLY)

Much better than the original bands, the rounded edges provide better longevity and functionality. They also have a higher resistance than the old bands, overall they are providing a better workout experience, in my opinion.

Well made! These will work you harder than the traditional bands or paraforce 1 bands, but the transition through ranges of motion with these bands feels smooth. I recommend using these with the Westside Barbell programming if you aren't new to the X3 system. I love the exhaustion, of working hard with these bands and knowing I'm just going to keep getting stronger and not waste my time waiting on people at a gym. I am thankful for X3. - Daniel H.
