Teens' Defense Starter Pack

We’re really enjoying these vitamins! My tween is totally on board, and even my picky 9-year-old is starting to warm up to them. It's been about a month since we first introduced them, and we’re excited to see all the amazing benefits they promise. Here’s to our health journey!

The GOAT for my ADHD teen

Having a child with ADHD we strive to provide good choices for him to help him be successful. His ADHD is under control through diet and exercise. First Day is our vitamin of choice as we are very careful to limit sugar and artificial dyes are never allowed. Love the choice as we initially started with the children’s vitamins and graduated to the teen formula and added the gut health too! It works for my A/B student!

Teen unsure

I think the vitamins taste good but my teen is not on board yet. She asked if you have small pills that can be swallowed instead of gummies.
