It's a little bit to spicy for me and my wife. We are going to try using a little bit less than what some of your recipes call for and adding a little more of the Rossarooski's honey rub.

Screamin Pig Rub
This has been my Rub of choice along with Honey Rub for years. Great combination for all pork cuts.
