Mild and Sweet
This sauce has a slightly sweet taste with a little bit of what I call a "twang. " There is a little bit of heat, but the heat doesn't overpower the excellent taste. I've put this on ribs and pulled pork and even mixed some in with meatloaf and have been completely happy with the results.
