I decided for the 4th of July barbecue this year I was goin to use every exact ingredient from the Rectec recipe. The meat was amazing but I notice the difference in the smoke immediately. The smoke was amazing and the flavor was a real hit. I'm buying direct from now on!

This rotisserie was SO much better. The heavy duty quality rotisserie accessory was able to hold multiple chickens, ribs, etc. , without having any turning issues due to weight. That was a very nice change from what we’d experienced the other times we’ve tried purchasing rotisserie units. The ease of set up and use on this rotisserie has turned a ‘once in a while’ dish into ‘anytime we want it’. I hate to sound like an infomercial but this grill has truely transformed our grilling experience. We love the RecTeq X-Fire Pro.

Smokebox

The smoke box will likely get a lot of use in the cool seasons. Right now it is triple digits in Western Colorado and too hot to smoke fish or cheese which is what we purchased the smokebox for. We have used it for veggies and it has performed every bit as expected.
