Was not exactly what I expected. Near as using a hard pillow.

After using this every night im very satisfied with my purchase, it helps me relive neck pain from sitting all day, was considering the cheap silicone ones but the inflateable feature is really worth the price as you can adjust it to whats comfortable and go through the range of motion. Doesnt feel like you can just pop it from over inflating, good quality all around and does a great job.
