I’ve been using Vesper’s Gray Matter consistently and it’s become one of those things I notice when I don’t take it. I feel more clear-headed and focused throughout the day without feeling overstimulated. I especially like that it’s easy to add to my morning routine. Definitely recommend giving Gray Matter a try.

I have been taking drops for a year or two and feel that it is helping as I age. Four squirts each morning before breakfast. the dropper only fills a quarter of the way, is this as it should be?
