Almost perfect

I've had this keyboard for close to a year now and I really enjoy it. The reason I bought it was for the macro keys. I just really wish the macro keys had the same switches and key caps because it can be difficult to find the keys when gaming. If they ever make a keyboard like that I'll probably buy it again

Horrible Experience

Overall the build quality on the keyboard is great the issue I have is with the battery and the customer service from this company. I hardly ever write reviews but feel like I needed to for this situation considering my experience. I bought this keyboard in hopes to have a keyboard to last me awhile and have a wireless option. Unfortunately it seems as though I have to constantly charge it and have it plugged in which defeats the purpose of purchasing a wireless keyboard. I understand that products need to be charged but it seems as though everytime I got back to my desk the keyboard is already dead and needs to be plugged in again. At this point I may as well have just bought a keyboard from amazon that was wired because it wouldnt be much difference other than the price. When I reached out to customer service I was given no help and told to get another product. Needless to say I will never but from this company again. fantastic! easy to use and such a lovely item! it’s quite heavy, which is really nice. every part of it is made really well and i’ve been using it for a month or two now - and i haven’t had any issues. i used it plugged in rather than the bluetooth, so i don’t have much to say on battery life and such. beautiful keyboard and well worth the money!
