I am historically bad at dental hygiene. I have skipped flossing for months at a time, and although I manage to brush twice a day, I still get scolded by my dentist that I'm not doing it right. Enter the ZeroWaste Dental Hygiene Super Kit. Knowing that my good tooth habits can also be eco-conscious has made the process a lot more enjoyable. The charcoal floss is pretty durable, but soft, not sharp and stabby like plastic floss. The bamboo brush has soft bristles and does the job well. My new favorite is the Huppy toothpaste tablets. It is satisfying to chew them up, and they leave my teeth and gums feeling tingly clean. Lastly, the tongue scraper is an acquired taste, but after some practice, you realize there's a reason why people have used them for centuries. It's nice to have cleaner teeth and a cleaner Earth.
