Cleaver 2.0

The MKC Cleaver 2.0 has honestly become one of my favorite kitchen knives. Even though it’s built like a rugged outdoor blade, it feels surprisingly natural for everyday cooking. It has enough weight to make chopping vegetables and cutting meat easy without feeling oversized or awkward. What really stands out is just how well it’s made. The handle feels solid in your hand, the balance is great, and the edge holds up really well after a lot of use. It feels like one of those knives you buy once and keep for years. It’s not some fancy delicate chef knife — it’s just a really tough, well-built cleaver that works. Simple as that.

Great Knive!

I added the Cattelmen Cleaver 2.0 to my kitchen knives and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. I love the weight and styling. I use it for almost everything i do in the kitchen. It has helped me speed up my meal prep for the week. This knife will go through anything i put it in front of. It us a great addition to my MKC culinary set. I can't wait to add the Cutbank and Sawtooth to the collection as well

Cattlemen Cleaver

The cleaver is designed with a blade shape i like to work with, I particularly liked that it was magnacut stainless steel. The weight of the clever was just right for the food preparation that I am using it for. Regards, John
