Duroc Pork Smoked Ham

Excellent as always.

Just my opinion but the Ham was dry, lacked that rich ham taste and was chewy. Use to Sysco Food's Block and Barrel Spiral Ham, best money can buy.

I love ham but a Duroc ham simply tastes like the Holidays. The Best ham I've ever tasted.
