The mattress itself is a little bit too firm. I was told at the time of purchasing that I can get a topper that would make it softer. However, after purchasing split california king, after sixty days of use, when I called for the topper, they told me that they don't make toppers in that size and then send me california, king topper for both my and my wife's side, which isn't working - disappointing. The ordering process otherwise was good.

Slept on this same type of mattress at an Air B/B and loved it so, bought one for home. I really do like this mattress. The springs make a huge difference in comfort. All my more recent mattresses were solid foam. . . just not comfortable.

We love our mattress! It’s the perfect level of soft and firm. So comfy. Required no break in period. We had a queen previously and just upgraded to the king in the same mattress. We are both bigger people and the mattress is supportive and comfy!
