Way to hard and too expensive to only have one choice of firmness. Customer was good though.

It’s great for my size. Getting use to it was only a couple of nights. Thete was a slight smell but it disipated quickly on opening. Thank you.

Wasnt thick enough. Worse than that, i had to pay $25 in shipping to return it. Not very competitive considering the risk free return policy of nearly every other pillow company out there.
