Chocolate covered strawberry
I have two scoops first thing in the morning with half kefir and half water. Keeps you full for a very long time throughout the day. Usually one or two scoops and hour or so before bed with water as well. Great stuff and doesn't turn into concrete sludge like some caseins do. Highly recommend.

Clutch!
Flavor is great!!! Doesn’t mix great with water which is just what casein does, but it is EXCELLENT in greek yogurt or oatmeal!
