Awesome vinegar

Great on Italian sub with some EVOO. Also rocks with fish and chips. I’m just getting started with this vinegar, but if you like some punch in your vinegar you’ll love this.

We love this vinegar

We first discovered this vinegar in a small store when we were on vacation and I’m happy I can get it from Olive Oil Lovers. It’s not as acidic as some other producers’ sherry vinegars and we regularly use it on salads.
