Grassy can't be great.
It's definitely a high quality olive oil. I found its major note to be grassy- which isn't my favorite. But putting this on my daily broccoli and, wow I was surprised. There's something about that grassy flavor that really works on veggies- I began to crave it. Medium intensity. It also has a luxurious, rich mouth feel that not all oils have. I wondered if this was my imagination since it's so pricey but I do think it's there. Healthy pepper on the finish. It's more than what I want to pay but I'll probably buy it again.
