Half Cow (Deposit)

Meat is premium. I have been buying half steers and whole pigs for almost 20 years. Its are only source of meat. I can see and taste what you deliver Good job!

We LOVE getting this half cow from Freedom. The meat is delicious and you can taste that it was flash frozen IMMEDIATELY after butchering. Tastes like it’s right off the cow every time we take one out of the freezer to cook ❤️

What a great experience. From start to finish my questions were answered and Lauren & Dana were a pleasure to work with. We traveled to Greene to pickup our order. It is a impressive operation. We purchased 1/2 a cow, the meat is amazing. The transparency of the source of the meat and the mission if the farm make a difference. We will purchase again!
