Great taste, fresh and fast delivery. Very hard to eat store bought meat after eating this.

One of out favorite cuts, Just cooks perfect and tender all the time. Cook to 130degrees and rest for 5 min hit it with some Baha Gold salt thats all it needs!

We’ve been subscribers to Acabonac Farms for at least 5 years. OMG, the grass fed/finshed NYStrip. If you love steak, you cannot go wrong! The marbling, what little fat that melts off is golden (I strain & save for future cooking). By far, we find their products to be the cleanest and most flavorful…finest dining quality.
