Worth the buy!
I placed an order for Oxtail and Osso Bucco and received it through overnight shipping. The packaging was awesome: the meat was frozen in dry ice in a very nice bag that can be used for grocery shopping. I cooked the meat in bone broth and it fell off the bone and was so hearty after finishing the broth. The broth itself taste amazing! I can really taste the purity of the beef. I will be ordering again!! Thank you Acabonac Farms!
