Balsamic Onion Jam

Love as a marinade.

Love, love, love this Balsamic Jam. I made a roast in the crock pot and used it along with the Cranberry Jam as a marinade. When I pulled the juices out of the crockpot to make gravy I mixed a bit of the balsamic jam right into the gravy. Everyone loved the roast.
