Apple Maple Bacon Jam

I really like the blueberry bourbon pecan jam. We visited a Terrapin Ridge store a few years ago, and they had a product sampling display. The blueberry bourbon pecan jam had been mixed with cream cheese to create a dip that was paired with animal crackers. It was delicious. We have used this recipe many times as a snack, appetizer or part of a charcuterie dish. I think that I will use the blueberry bourbon pecan jam in my French toast recipe sandwiched between two pieces of bread and then dipped in the egg mixture.
